Terms of Service

These terms govern use of CrestConnections and purchase of our shared postcard advertising services. The Advertising & Mailing Terms also apply to ad content, proof approval and campaign fulfillment; the Privacy Policy describes our information practices. Material purchase terms must be shown before you authorize payment.

You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the business you represent. Provide accurate contact and billing information. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Community Spotlight: $250 USD one time. One placement in one shared postcard campaign. Does not renew.

Monthly Visibility: $250 USD per month. One placement in one postcard campaign each monthly billing period.

Weekly Visibility: $1,000 USD per month. One placement in each weekly campaign — four per standard four-week cycle. Billed monthly, not weekly.

Weekly Visibility — Annual: $10,000 USD per year. Everything in Weekly Visibility, paid once a year. $10,000 instead of $12,000 — you save $2,000.

The selected plan, currency, amount due and any applicable tax must be disclosed at payment. Weekly service is billed monthly or annually as selected, not once each week. Annual service is paid upfront. Approximate mailing quantities and campaign dates are service targets, not guaranteed leads, customers or sales.

Community Spotlight is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Monthly Visibility automatically renews at $250 per month. Weekly Visibility automatically renews at $1,000 per month. Weekly Visibility — Annual automatically renews at $10,000 per year. Recurring plans continue until canceled. Your payment method is charged at purchase and on the recurring billing dates for the selected plan, subject to any disclosed tax.

Authorize recurring charges only after reviewing the amount, billing interval and cancellation terms displayed with your purchase. A policy page does not replace your express payment consent. Your renewal date and billing records are available through your customer account or by contacting us. We will not use a policy update alone to authorize a different recurring price or a new subscription.

Paid placement is confirmed from the payment provider’s verified payment record, not merely from reaching a thank-you page. Payment failures can affect fulfillment; contact us promptly if a payment is unsuccessful. Initial image rejection occurs before checkout is created and you are not charged for that rejected submission.

You can cancel an active subscription online from My Account using Cancel subscription. Accounts are optional at purchase; if you purchased as a guest, create or sign into an account using the same verified email to access your order, or email contactcrestconnections@gmail.com for cancellation assistance. Do not send full card details in email.

Cancellation stops service immediately and stops future renewals; it does not preserve access or future ad placements through the remainder of a prepaid period. Cancel before the next renewal charge is processed to prevent that charge. If a renewal is already processed, request a refund review separately. Cancellation does not itself generate an automatic refund.

Postcards already printed or handed off for distribution cannot be recalled by canceling. Contact us immediately if a cancellation is not reflected in your account or a later charge occurs. Any mandatory refund or cancellation rights remain available.

Eligible active subscribers can request a change to an available recurring plan from My Account, subject to city, tier and campaign capacity. A successful change takes effect immediately. Stripe calculates proration using the existing and new prices and the unused time in the applicable billing periods, and bills the resulting amount immediately where a payment is due.

Proration may result in a charge or account credit; an account credit is not a promise of a cash refund. Changing between monthly and annual billing can change the billing cycle and renewal date. Review the displayed plan-change terms before confirming, and contact us for the amount or an explanation if needed. Receipts and account records show the resulting charge and renewal information.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Email contactcrestconnections@gmail.com with the order reference, purchase date and reason; do not include full payment-card information. We consider the payment record, services delivered, production stage and circumstances of the request. A request is not approval of a refund and no automatic refund is promised.

Image rejection before initial payment means no charge is created. A replacement image rejected after purchase does not automatically cancel the purchased service or refund earlier charges. Contact us to resolve fulfillment issues, incorrect charges or paid services that cannot be delivered. Case-by-case review does not restrict any refund, dispute or other remedy required by law or your payment provider.

Protect your account credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Guest orders can be linked to a customer account with the same verified email. Do not impersonate another business, submit content without permission, disrupt the website, attempt to access private records or use the service for unlawful or deceptive advertising.

We may restrict misuse, require corrected materials or decline ads that fail our published standards. Any action affecting a paid service must be handled consistently with the purchased terms and applicable law; it does not erase payment or refund obligations.

Future services, availability or website terms may change. Material changes affecting an existing purchase require appropriate notice and any consent required by law; posting new terms does not retrospectively rewrite completed purchases. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a dispute.

Florida law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law, without displacing mandatory protections of another jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
