FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many households receive the postcard?

Each campaign sends out up to 2,500 postcards in one defined local area. This is the maximum mailing quantity — not a guarantee of customers, leads, or sales.

What size is the postcard?

Every postcard prints at 6" × 11" (trim size). Up to 16 local businesses share one card — 8 placements on the front and 8 on the back.

How many businesses share a postcard?

Up to 16 paid advertising placements per postcard.

What does the $250 monthly plan include?

One placement in one postcard campaign per monthly billing period. It does not include weekly mailings or digital posts.

Is the Weekly plan charged every week?

No. Weekly Visibility is $1,000 per monthly billing period and includes one placement in each scheduled weekly campaign (four in a standard four-week cycle).

Do I approve my ad before it prints?

Yes. Every ad gets a numbered proof. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. You can cancel from your portal; the effective date and terms are shown before you confirm.

Which cities have local mailer campaigns?

CrestConnections offers community postcard marketing in Orlando, Haines City, Kissimmee and Davenport, Florida. Select your city campaign when reserving and share your preferred neighborhoods. Area preferences are requests, not guaranteed mailing routes.

What is community postcard marketing?

Community postcard marketing puts ads from several local businesses on one shared postcard. CrestConnections features up to 16 businesses on a 6 × 11 card, with up to 2,500 postcards sent out per campaign. Every advertiser approves their ad before printing.

How is a shared local mailer different from a solo mailing?

A shared local mailer combines several businesses on the same postcard instead of dedicating the entire piece to one advertiser. You reserve a placement in a city campaign, supply your business artwork and review your proof before it prints.

Why does my first mailing take about 2 weeks?

Every card is printed after you approve the proof, then bundled and taken to the post office, and USPS delivers over several business days. We keep that lead time in every schedule so the dates we give you are realistic.

Can you guarantee the exact day my card arrives?

No — USPS delivers Every Door Direct Mail over a window of several business days, so your card lands during its scheduled week rather than on one exact day. We can't guarantee a specific number of calls or sales either; what we guarantee is that your ad is printed and delivered to every home on your campaign's routes.
