Advertising & Mailing Terms

Effective October 28, 2026

CrestConnections combines local business advertisements on shared postcards with up to 16 placements: eight on the front and eight on the back. Each campaign sends out up to 2,500 postcards. This is a maximum mailing quantity, not a guarantee of delivery to every address, recipients reading an ad, exclusive exposure, leads, sales or return on investment.

Advertisements appear alongside other businesses. A purchase does not grant category exclusivity, a particular side or position, or a particular neighboring advertiser unless separately agreed in writing. Illustrative gallery samples are not evidence of completed customer campaigns or business results.

Select a location campaign in Orlando, Haines City, Kissimmee or Davenport. Spots in each city campaign are limited, and each plan tier has its own availability.

Availability can change during review or checkout. An approved unpaid order temporarily holds a spot while payment is completed; an abandoned reservation does not guarantee continued availability. Preferred areas are planning requests, not a guaranteed household list or mailing date.

Every initial ad image is reviewed with automated AI tools before checkout is created. If the submission is rejected, you are not charged and may submit a different image. Ordinary local business imagery is welcome, but all ads must suit a residential, all-ages audience.

We reject nudity or sexual content, graphic violence, aggressive weapons imagery, illegal drugs, tobacco or vaping promotions, cannabis promotion, excessive or youth-appealing alcohol imagery, gambling or casino promotions, hate or harassment, graphic medical content, profanity, disturbing imagery, political campaign advertisements, adult entertainment and deceptive get-rich-quick or misleading health claims.

Appropriateness approval is not an endorsement, legal review or substantiation of claims. Automated review can be incorrect; contact us to discuss a rejection. Ads must remain lawful and truthful even if an automated review approves them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, prices, offers, contact information, qualifications, licensing and all express or implied claims in your ad. Substantiate objective claims and include legally required disclosures, eligibility limits and material conditions. You remain responsible for rules applicable to your industry and audience.

Submit only materials you own or have permission to use, including logos, trademarks, photographs, copyrighted designs and identifiable people’s likenesses. You retain your ownership rights and grant CrestConnections a nonexclusive license to review, format, reproduce, print and distribute the materials, and to display them to you and service providers as needed to administer the purchased service. Submission alone does not authorize unrelated public promotional reuse of your ad.

Contact contactcrestconnections@gmail.com with alleged infringement or unauthorized use, identifying the material and your claimed rights. We may request evidence and restrict disputed material while the issue is assessed.

An image passing AI review is not yet customer approval for print. Only ads that pass appropriateness review and are approved by the customer in the portal are eligible to print. Check spelling, contact details, image quality, crop, layout and all advertising claims before approving.

Replacement images are reviewed again. A rejected replacement is not saved and the prior image remains. An accepted replacement requires a new proof approval. Once you approve an ad for print, self-service changes are locked; contact us to ask whether a change remains possible before production.

Provide artwork and approvals in time for the deadlines communicated for your mailing. No fixed revision count or universal deadline is established by this policy. Missing or delayed approval can prevent inclusion in a planned mailing; contact us about the next available mailing and any payment concerns rather than assuming an automatic credit or refund.

Community Spotlight includes one placement in one eligible monthly campaign. Monthly Visibility includes one eligible monthly campaign per monthly billing period. Weekly plans cover scheduled eligible weekly campaigns, with four placements in a standard four-week cycle; Annual Weekly provides that weekly service with annual billing. Actual dates must be scheduled and shown in your portal or confirmed by CrestConnections.

Only orders matching the mailing’s city, tier and campaign number are included in that postcard. A subscription or paid reservation alone does not establish that production has started. No mailing date, minimum campaign fill date or specific household distribution is promised unless expressly confirmed for your order.

Postcard artwork uses a 6 × 11 inch trim, a 0.125 inch bleed on each edge and a 0.25 inch safe zone inside the trim. Final printer and mailing acceptance must be confirmed; these dimensions alone do not establish eligibility for a particular printer product or postal program. Final printed color and cropping may differ from a screen preview.

Printing, postal processing, address eligibility, undeliverable mail, weather and other operational events can affect timing and distribution. Campaign targets are not a guarantee of a specific recipient’s receipt or response. We do not represent that a mailing qualifies for a particular postal program until that is confirmed.

If a paid campaign is delayed, cannot be fulfilled or differs materially from the confirmed purchase, contact us to discuss the service issue and available resolution. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under the Terms of Service, without restricting remedies required by law. Cancellation stops future service immediately but cannot recall postcards already printed or distributed.
